Following the agency’s 7th birthday in early 2023, we refreshed Don’t be Shy’s brand strategy and identity to more accurately reflect our values, people and overall vision. As part of this refresh it was the perfect opportunity to give our website a facelift and launch our refreshed identity in the digital space.

We also launched marketing campaigns alongside the launch of the website which resulted in a 35% increase in qualified leads via the website in H2 of 2023. Alongside a 88% decrease in bounce rate and 52% new users in the first six months. Crafted and coded at Don’t be Shy.
